Transactions we’ve worked on
- Acquisition of Registered Trading Organisation (RTO) in higher education industry. We acted for the buyer by performing financial due diligence on the acquisition of 100% of the company.
- Acquisition of software company in the travel and tourism industry. We acted for the buyer who was acquiring the company to merge into a portfolio of travel related technology businesses. We performed due diligence, advised on the process and assisted with negotiations
- Assistance with sell-side due diligence of a wholesale business. We acted for the seller to assist with getting the business ‘investment ready’. Services include preparation of data room, consolidated pro-forma financial position and transaction negotiation.

Jason has over a decade of experience as a business and corporate advisor, working with Government, mid-cap and small businesses. He has advised on a range of areas including mergers and acquisitions and transaction services, valuations, strategy, performance improvement and tax.

Rowan is an entrepreneur and investor with a background in business and corporate advisory. Rowan has led the deal execution of investments primarily in the Australian technology sector. In addition to being a Director at Assurety, Rowan is a General Partner at Full Circle Venture Capital, a Board Member at Sendle, and a Director at Black Sheep Capital, one of Australia’s leading early-stage venture investors.
